(12/6/15) It’s been a while (2 months, actually) since I’ve posted on this site. . . but I hope you do all realize that I post weekly with recipes inspired by different regions of the world over at the new site, right? Yes? It’s helskitchenvt.com with the Menu Notes blog. I’ll still put new published writing here, and fill out the last of the Year of Menus when I get a chance, but the restaurant blog is where the frequent-posting action is.
